We have used them for 4 pig loadings/unloadings in the few weeks since I bought them, and they are working fine. If I had to do it again I would order the same size, the 3'x4' is large enough to cover a lot of space but they are still light enough to be relatively easy to handle. Seem very robust.
You guys did an excellent job I'm satisfied
Highest quality sorting boards I have come across. Worth the extra money.
It works
We have 66,000 head wean to finish operation, housed in 35 barns. Biosecurity is a REAL issue. Although each barn has 2 48" and 2 36" panels that remain in that building, contamination carry-over is a REAL issue from group to group.
The corners break out fairly quickly, allowing manure to become hard and trapped inside the panel. It is nearly impossible to knock it all out to allow for successful power washing and disinfecting. I would prefer the solid panel however it is only available in the 36". Frustrating.....
